A Little Bit About Me 👋

Hi, I’m Priya—a UX Designer with a Service Design background, driven by curiosity, empathy, and the belief that thoughtful design can make everyday experiences more intuitive, inclusive, and impactful. I specialize in turning complex insights into user-centered solutions that align with both human needs and business goals.

My approach is grounded in systems thinking and co-creation. Whether designing a digital interface or mapping a service journey, I look at the full ecosystem to understand where design can create the most value.

Outside of design, I’m a competitive tennis player, an experience that has shaped me to be focused, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Coaching tennis to children of all ages and skill levels has also taught me empathy, patience, and how to motivate others to grow, skills that directly inform how I collaborate with users and teammates.

I thrive in team settings where ideas are shared openly, but I’m equally comfortable taking initiative and jumping into the unknown. Whether it’s leading research, prototyping quickly, or tackling messy problems, I bring energy and structure to the table.
